Bilingual in English and Spanish, Karen has built her career working closely with customers, teams, and business partners to coordinate processes, solve problems, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Detail-oriented and solutions-focused, Karen enjoys taking on new challenges and finding ways to make processes more efficient. She also brings a creative mindset to her work and enjoys exploring new ideas and opportunities to learn.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her family. As she begins her journey with Trinity Sales Group, she looks forward to expanding her knowledge of the lighting industry, supporting the team, and building lasting relationships with our customers and partners.
