Growing up learning trades like carpentry, welding, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work, Brad Hoy developed a deep appreciation for hard work and commitment early on. A proud Patriot with a strong family history of military service, Brad served in the United States Army from 2001 to 2007, including two deployments to Iraq.

After his time in the Army, Brad spent over a decade managing sales for a family-owned food company before transitioning to the lighting industry in 2019. Since then, he has built lasting relationships across South Texas and New Mexico, and as of June 2024, he expanded his reach to include Central and West Texas as part of Trinity Sales Group.

Brad is known for his hands-on work ethic and commitment to making life easier for his customers. When he's not on the road, you’ll likely find him spending time with his wife, enjoying the outdoors on his ranch, hunting, hitting the beach, or playing a competitive game of cornhole.
